Vendor Rules and Information for Stoddard Swap Meet

Registration is open!

Registration is open with no deadline. Sign up early to secure your spot and help us plan ahead.

Liability Waiver

As consideration for being permitted to be a vendor at the Stoddard Swap Meet, Vendor hereby agrees, on his/her behalf and on behalf of his/her assigns, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives, that Vendor will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of the organizers of the Stoddard Swap Meet, their employees, agents, servants, or others who assist with the Stoddard Swap Meet. This release applies to all successors and companies that are related in any way to the Stoddard Swap Meet.

Table Assignments & Sizes

Tables will be assigned as in previous years. Table dimensions are available on the Home page and below. Vendor space assignments and setup details will be communicated prior to the event.

Priority for Returning Vendors

Returning and earlier registrations will be given priority on their preferred locations.

Additional Tables for Returning Vendors

Returning Vendors that request additional tables may or may not get placed in their previous spots—there simply is not enough room in certain areas to accommodate extra tables.

On-site amenities and food service information will be shared soon.

Parking and arrival details will be announced soon.

Saturday Vendor Check-In:

on the day of the show for both late check-in and load-in

On Saturday, vendor set-up begins at 7:00 AM. Doors open to the public at 8:00 AM.

At check-in, you will receive your table assignments, as well as all name badges and wristbands for your Vendor entry. You must wear the name badge and wristband during the show.

Friday Vendor Check-In:

on the day of the show for both late check-in and load-in

Vendor set-up begins on Friday at 2:00 PM for early table setup, with doors open to the public at 3:00 PM.

At check-in, you will receive your table assignments, as well as all name badges and wristbands for your Vendor entry. You must wear the name badge and wristband during the show.
